Training on Filing Returns
In order to provide its members with crucial training on filing returns, the Uganda Small Scale Industries Association (USSIA) and the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) collaborated on September 25, 2024. The workshop, which took place at the USSIA offices in Kampala, drew in 23 enthusiastic attendees who were all eager to learn more about tax compliance and filing procedures.
The goal of the training was to give USSIA members the abilities and information needed to handle the challenges involved in filing returns. Small businesses must be knowledgeable about the constantly changing tax laws in order to assure compliance and avoid penalties.
At the event’s conclusion, USSIA restated its dedication to provide its members continuing education and resources. Future workshops and seminars covering other facets of compliance and business management are already planned.
